Powder Coating Facility
Our powder coating facility is over 400 meters long with 3 individual automated spraying room. The facilty includes over head conveyor system with oven size 3000x1250x450mm [9.84x4.10x1.48ft]
Chrome Plated Facility
Our chrome plating facility is one of the most advance and biggest facility in Asia. The length of the chrome plating line is more than 75 meter (250 feet) with depth more than 2.4 meter (8 feet). It is automatic transmission system controlled by PLC which costs more than 5 million US Dollar on the infrastructure only (the costs of property is not included yet). That’s why we can commit the quality of our chrome plating finish is always consistent, because the duration of our parts at every pool is consistent.
PVD coating
Physical vapor deposition (PVD) is one of the most advanced technologies used for surface treatment. It is used in a wide range of applications for its high durability and high corrosion resistance. It is clean and dry, with no hazardous materials involved, and does not generate chemical waste or water pollution. PVD coating is an eco-friendly technology to benefit all related applications and the Earth.
